With ever changing laws and executive orders the field of immigration has become intimidating and confusing. At our firm we strive to keep up to date on all changes in immigration and help guide our clients to staying in the country or reuniting with family. Our founding attorney first began work in the legal field volunteering in law school to help young people file for DACA and worked in family court representing children. Since becoming a full licensed attorney he has taken time to practice in criminal courts, work with family practice in mediation, and has for over six years been practicing immigration law.

ATTORNEY PROFILE
Eric Stinson was born in Monterrey, Mexico and was raised in South Texas where he lived until attending law school at the University of Texas School of Law in Austin Texas. While in school he volunteered with the immigration clinic to aid those applying for DACA when it first began. He also worked for a clinic that focused on child advocacy in which he gained a deep compassion for children. After graduating attorney Stinson began work for a firm that focused on representing asylum seekers and then began his own firm in which he started practicing criminal law before returning to immigration practice with a strong team of experienced paralegals.
